unschooling tips
Tired of being the only unschooling family in your area? Exhausted from constantly defending your choices? Ready for a community that gets it?
This is what unschooling looks like when you're surrounded by families who've made the same choice.
No explanation needed. No judgment.
Just kids learning naturally while parents support each other.
What we offer
A community as natural as it’s gets when it comes to raising children freely. What we need to do this you can read below:
-
We’re building an unschooling neighborhood — a place where children grow up free, supported, and surrounded by community. While the village is still under construction, we’re already living the vision: days spent with children of all ages and adults who act as trusted partners, ready to offer guidance when it’s asked for. It’s an environment where kids stay connected to their inner compass, and families stay deeply bonded.
-
We’ve found that for children to be truly free, we as parents often need to do our own inner work — to unlearn old patterns, release inherited beliefs, and bring awareness to unconscious behaviors. It’s not a requirement, but a path many of us have walked, and it’s brought us closer to our children and ourselves. Here, you’ll be supported as you let go, reflect, and reconnect with your own truth. We call it UnParenting — and for many, it’s been a powerful part of the journey.
IMAGINE
A Day In The Life Of Your Child At APTB
Imagine a place where your child can run and play or sit and think, read and imagine or sing and dance, build and create or discuss and examine, give and share or receive and keep.
She can simply follow her curiosity, interests and passions on her terms, in her time and pace, with others or alone, whatever she chooses in each moment of the day, learning along the way. We respect children’s right for self-determination!
